Gwen Amber Rose Araujo is a tribute to the late LGBTQ Gwen Araujo (1985-2002), a transgender teenager who was murdered in California on October 24, 2002. This work is dedicated to her mother Sylvia Guerrero and all the trans and gender non-conforming people that were inspired by the Gwen Araujo story and other stories of trans people who were killed to create the Trans March in San Francisco.
